Commission Info!

Artwork UseFor noncommercial/personal use only. Do not use/distribute/print commercially. Not allowed to be used for AI model training. No commercial work is being accepted at this time.

Terms of Service:I reserve all rights as the creator of the artwork.
The commissioner cannot sell artwork/ personal use only. I may post the commission on my social media portfolio with proper watermarks, unless otherwise requested by clients, which will need to be disclosed to me beforehand.

Payment:All prices are in USD only
Prices may go up per the complexity of the piece, this will be by my discretion.
I will provide the quote based on the info provided from my price list
100% of the price is paid upfront, through a Paypal invoice. However I can negotiate for partial payment. If partial payment is requested, the second part of the price will need to be paid after the sketch is completed while the commission is paused.
If an irregular or unfavorable situation occurs on my end, then I can grant a 100% refund for my clients if they do not wish to continue the commission. All clients will be notified if such a situation occurs. If the commission is completed before such a situation then the refund is not applicable. All clients that receive a full refund will not receive their commission.
If the client cancels the commission before the sketch is completed, then the client will receive a 100% refund
If the client cancels the commission after the sketch is completed then a 50% refund will be granted and the sketch will be sent to the client.
If the client cancels the commission at any point after the lineart and/or render process, I will give the unfinished work to the client with no refund.
If at any point that a client wants to pause a commission, they can notify me at any time. However, if the commission is paused for more than 1 month, I will notify the client that I may cancel the commission.

Process:After submitting a request for a commission and the commission is approved, please include the references for the character(s) you are requesting for the commission.
If the commission is accepted then I will send you the invoice. Once the invoice is paid then I start on the commission
Expected timeline is within 1-2 months; there can be no hard deadlines.
I do not accept priority commissions. if a commission needs to be done within a certain timeline please plan for it ahead of time.
Final image will be delivered as a high-res png to the provided email address.
